Finding yourself again through a six-week moms' support group.

Finding Me Again | A Six-Week Support Group for Moms

You've Spent So Much Time Being Everything to Everyone. It's Time to Make Room for Yourself.

Between the endless responsibilities, the emotional demands, the constant giving, and the needs of everyone around you, when was the last time you truly made space for yourself?

Maybe you don’t recognize the woman you see in the mirror anymore. Maybe you feel disconnected from the things that once brought you joy. Maybe you struggle to identify what you need, let alone find the time to meet those needs.

You may feel guilty when you put yourself first, overwhelmed by the expectations placed on you, or simply unsure of who you are outside of being a mom.

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone.

Finding Me Again is a six-week, in-person support group created for moms who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their identity, and begin making themselves a priority again.

Because motherhood is part of who you are. It doesn’t have to be all of who you are.

Have You Lost Yourself Somewhere Along the Way?

Motherhood changes us in ways we don’t always anticipate.

Our priorities shift. The responsibilities multiply. And time becomes consumed by caring for others. The things we once enjoyed, the relationships we nurtured, the dreams we held, and even our sense of identity can slowly move to the background.

You might find yourself:

  • Feeling like you’ve lost your identity outside of being a mom.

  • Constantly putting everyone else’s needs before your own.

  • Feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.

  • Struggling to make time for yourself without feeling guilty.

  • Missing the person you were before motherhood.

  • Feeling disconnected from your passions, interests, and sense of purpose.

  • Finding it difficult to ask for help or receive support.

  • Wondering when life became all about taking care of everyone else.

Perhaps you have become so accustomed to being needed that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to focus on what YOU need.

And maybe what you need most right now isn’t another parenting strategy, another productivity tool, or another reminder to practise self-care.

Perhaps you need space.

Space to pause and to reflect. Space to reconnect with the woman behind the role of Mom.

This is your invitation to find your way back to yourself.

What Is Finding Me Again?

Finding Me Again is a six-week, in-person moms’ support group designed to support mothers who are feeling disconnected from themselves and looking for an opportunity to reconnect with their identity, emotional well-being, and personal needs.

This is a space where you can step outside the demands of everyday motherhood and dedicate time to yourself.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversations, self-discovery activities, and connection with other moms, you’ll have an opportunity to explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you can begin creating more space for yourself in your everyday life.

This isn’t about becoming a different mom or doing more.

It’s about remembering that YOU matter, too.

It’s helping you recognize that your needs, feelings, interests, and dreams deserve attention.

And it’s about discovering that you don’t have to navigate the complexities of motherhood alone.

What We’ll Explore Together:

Over six weeks, we’ll explore themes that support self-discovery, emotional well-being, and a stronger connection with yourself.

1. Beyond the Role of Mom: Rediscovering Your Identity

Who are you outside of motherhood? Explore how your identity has evolved and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.

2. Understanding Your Needs: Learning to Listen to Yourself Again

When you’re accustomed to caring for everyone else, recognizing your own needs can become difficult. Learn to identify what you need emotionally, mentally, and personally.

3. The Guilt of Putting Yourself First: Giving Yourself Permission

Explore the beliefs and expectations that make prioritizing yourself feel selfish. Begin creating a healthier relationship with self-care and personal time.

4. Boundaries and the Art of Receiving: You Don’t Have to Do It All

Explore the challenges of saying no, asking for help, and allowing others to support you. Discover how healthier boundaries can create more balance.

5. Reconnecting With Joy: Finding What Makes You Feel Like YOU

Rediscover interests, passions, relationships, and experiences that bring meaning and joy into your life. Begin making room for the things that nourish you.

6. Moving Forward: Creating a Life With Room for You

Bring together what you’ve discovered and identify meaningful ways to continue prioritizing your emotional well-being, identity, and personal needs beyond the group.

Emotional wellness and self-discovery for mothers.

What You Will Gain:

Finding Me Again is an opportunity to invest in yourself and your emotional well-being.

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll have space to:

  • Reconnect with your identity beyond motherhood.

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your emotional and personal needs.

  • Recognize patterns of putting yourself last.

  • Explore self-worth and self-compassion.

  • Learn to establish healthier boundaries.

  • Feel more comfortable asking for and receiving support.

  • Rediscover interests and activities that bring you joy.

  • Build meaningful connections with other moms who understand.

Most importantly, you’ll begin recognizing that caring for yourself isn’t separate from caring for your family. Your well-being matters in its own right.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is a moms’ support group?

A moms’ support group is a welcoming environment where mothers can connect with others, share experiences, explore common challenges, and receive emotional support. Finding Me Again focuses on maternal emotional well-being, identity, self-discovery, and reconnecting with yourself beyond motherhood.

Is this group for moms who are struggling with motherhood?

This group is for moms who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, emotionally stretched, or uncertain about their identity outside of parenting. You don’t need to be experiencing a mental health crisis to benefit from connection and support.

What if I’m not comfortable sharing personal things in a group?

You are welcome to participate at your own pace. There is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with. Listening, reflecting, and simply being present are all valuable ways to participate.

Why should I join an in-person support group instead of doing something on my own?

An in-person group provides an opportunity for real connection, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations. Sometimes, simply realizing that other women understand what you’re experiencing can be incredibly valuable.

Do I need to attend all six weeks?

The group is designed as a six-week experience, with each session building on the themes explored previously. Furthermore, participants are the same each week to support connection and validation.  Therefore, it is encouraged to attend all 6 sessions.
